Today has been surprisingly smooth for me, much easier than Monday, without the bitchy mood and not so many hunger pangs. It feels like my body recognize that pattern and, after a bit of a struggle is okay with it.
I had a minestrone soup and is underneath 500 cal, around 300 cal, but I don't plan to eat anything else.
second fast today & all went well. no work this morning (go to work at 3.30am normally) so laid in til about 9.30. forced myself out the door for a 3 mile run & came back & boiled some eggs & had one as soon as they were done. just drank tea & fruit tea today until dinner when I ate omelette & salad & new potatoes with that extra extra light mayo. did give in & have a small bit of toblerone that daughter offered me earlier but other than that have been on track all day, although may have gone over the 500 calories by a little bit. off to bed now as work in a few hours but felt that today went well. definitely need to do this on my 2 days off each week as its much easier when Im not up at stupid o'clock, cause by 9am I could eat my weight in chocolate.
