Fasted last Saturday and just didn't feel hungry at dinnertime so went without, making it a liquid fast day...... May do the same tonight, we'll see how I'm feeling.

I keep losing 2lbs and then putting it back on! I'm not over-indulging on my non-fast days (I track my calories everyday) but I'm struggling at the moment. That said, I'm determined to shift some more weight. It's my birthday in 14 weeks and I'm planning on being a stone lighter by then.

I'm in that awful dead point in the day where my prawn salad is ready and waiting, but my family are not expecting to sit down to their lamb curry for at least 15 mins..... so I'm pacing about to get my steps up for the day and clock watching
(I tend to do Wednesday and Saturday - but am flexible)
I had porridge this morning
A couple of cucumber sticks for lunch!
A very tasty sort-of-cottage-pie thing with a decent portion of veg for dinner.
That's my lot!
Some water to sip until 10pm when it will be bed time!
Off out for lunch tomorrow which somehow helps on a fast day....it is always good to know that I am only restricting myself today....I can have the treats tomorrow - if I still want them!
