P.s. what's everyone eating today??
At dinner I'm planning on 1 spicy chicken tuna sushi roll and 1 cup of chicken broth with broccoli , mushroon and 2 prawn gyozas. Yum!
Good luck with it today! I am thinking of making today a fast day rather than tomorrow, but will see how I go.
I'm here. I've kept myself busy this morning with gardening but now I've filled the recycling bin and my arms are quivery from wielding the shears on a potato vine and daisy bushes, it's time to stop. Its the sofa and the PVR for me this afternoon. Maybe a Nana nap as well.
I'm in. I think I'll have stir fry for dinner. In the meantime, it's coffee coffee coffee
I'm not fasting today but will have a low cal day as I attempted to fast on Mon and Tues this week but had about 700 each day. I'm feeling good, had a small breakfast and will go through now til a normal dinner tonight.

I have decided to fast on a Wednesday as it is a busy meeting day at work and it will keep me from getting too distracted! As for what I am going to have, fibregel and some fruit I expect! I am trying not go drink too much as I will be up all night anyway Nd don't wNt to make it worse!!
Doing this is hard on the mobile as the yellow banner and the side panel block everything!
One of my usual 4:3 so I'm in for a fast day. :)
I AM making today a fast! :) have been outside weeding most of the day, which has kept me nice and busy, so have managed without any food so far. :) not even miso soup :) And it's a nice thought that I won't be fasting tomorrow.

However, a fast is due again on Saturday, as those extra lbs from holiday and time in Adelaide are refusing to shift - the idea is to do 4:3 until I am back to goal (not much over, but still...). But I do find 4:3 difficult as I feel hungry all the time I am fasting, and possibly end up overeating on the other days as a consequence?? So maybe 5:2 might be a better approach. I should know by now, I have been following this WOL for long enough!! Should have kept a blog...

Chicken and lots of veg for dinner, then some berries and yoghurt. Looking forward to it.

I'm in today, but will be having two meals as everyone is home at lunch and at dinner time...just have to work out what to have! Think this evening will be some kind of stir fry, not sure about lunch yet.

I'm doing quorn spag bol with courgette spaghetti plus a bowl of steamed mixed veg (greedy pig)

I'm in :) busy day at work and working until 9 tonight, so just lots of peppermint tea, a banana and a protein shake for me because they really keep me going.

Thanks Julianna -I'm in :like: - I'm swapping my Thursday fast to today as tomorrow I'm off to visit parents for a few days. I'm on my third cup of tea and have two litre bottles of sparkling water chilling in the fridge. Dinner is smoked salmon salad and a bowl of berries. Happy fasting everyone :clover:
Made it through the day on a banana and some sugar free jelly, so I'm feeling very pleased with myself! Good luck to anyone starting out today.
