It's Wednesday here, 12.45 pm, and it's my first ever fast day.
I always function best with a good protein breakfast so I planned to eat ALL my calories early in the one meal. Oh yes I'm sure I'll be questioning that wisdom later on this evening...lol.
(It's bound to be a learn by experience kinda journey for me! )
Anyway, I made the most of my morning feeling 'normal' by prepping tonight's evening meal for my family, getting on top of basic housework etc., in case I just feel like going to bed later. My husband plans to come home early from work in case I need extra support too.
I have a bottle of sparkling mineral water, and a thermos of hot water with ginger to keep me going.
Any other mid week fasters out there this week?
