I'm in today for my second of the week off out for a walk then probably an hour in the garden, good luck everyone :clover:

I'm in for my usual Wednesday. Full of cold but still feel OK - hope the zinc and echinacea don't have too many calories in them !
I'm in today for my 2nd of the week... Sat here in the college canteen surrounded by early lunchers.. Why am I torturing myself?!!! Oh well, black coffee and water helping..
Second fast of the week today. Trying to bust this plateau before it busts me!
I'm in too today. Gained a couple of pounds after a major carb-fest last Fri. I am still at the starting line for the Solstice challenge and still trying to motivate myself to get doing something, ANYTHING in the exercise realm. Snow is gone, no more excuses :frown:

Still going strong amazingly considering I was hungry when I woke. Looking forward to dinner. Have just cut a large section of grass. Heading back out to collect the eggs before more grass cutting.
Doing well here. Baby and daughter now gone home, I'm all cuddled out. Time for another pint and dins. :-)
Count me in. A bit late posting but i've been busy. Just hope once I start eating the floodgates dont open. Its been happening a lot lately so my fasts turn into eating windows! Wont eat til as late as possible...
I am in too, 2nd of the week. I will be heading out to Zumba at 7pm so will have to wait till 8.30 to have my salad, either chicken or salmon I can make up my mind later. Hope are all having a manageable day.
Did it! Just had dinner and am full. Looking forward to breakfast tomorrow now! Next fast is Friday
I'm done too! My first week of 2 500 cal days in aaaaaaaaaaages; at last I can feel my fasting focus coming back - phew!
Well done everyone. My dinner was a let down but never mind it's a normal day tomorrow :) .
Well that went more easily than I expected! I made some delicious coleslaw with very low cal mayo to go with my prawn salad, can't understand why I have never made it before :smile: :smile:
All done at 476 cals, tempura battered basa fillet (good old Aldi!) with a large salad, raspberries and jelly. Full up and feeling virtuous as my kitchen is gleaming including the oven!!! Was quite enjoyable having an old fashioned clear out and listening to the radio. :oops:
