Half way through the day but only just had time to post, which is a good thing! Too busy to think about food. And that is why I chose today! Not sure what I will have tonight yet.

I'm with you, I didn't even feel hunger prangs till around 12 noon! Keeping busy is the way to go! :D

I'm in for my second fast of the week. Learnt some music, went for a walk and now hanging out for dinner. Good luck fellow fasters!

One of my usual 4:3 - if it's Wednesday, it's a fast day.

Morning all, just back from walking the dog.. Black coffee and water until dinner which will probably be one of my amazing stir fry concoctions!

Yes I'm in today my 2nd of 4:3 had a lie in this morning one strong black coffee, the washer is on and I'm off out to do a mini food shop, quorn spag bol with shredded cabbage and courgette spaghetti for evening meal later tonight. :clover:

Hi everyone

I am in today for my second and last fast of the week. Work is hectic so never got round to sign in on Monday and just now today.

Anyway good luck to all :clover: . Hope the rest of the flies by as well.
Hoping the train timetables are running to time so that I have time to go home, have a quick turn around and go out for a paddle. The season is running out for being able to do this - probably just 2 more weeks so I want to make the most of it.

The evening plan is for a substantial snack before kayaking and then broth afterwards. I'm feeling very tired but am confidently expecting that being on the water will revive my spirits tremendously as well as strip the fatigue from me. :)
Im here. Phew, what a busy day! I didnt get my run done, but I'm not sure my IT band was up to it. I did manage an hour power walk while pushing the buggy followed by my 12 mins of torture. ..em, I mean body sculpting video. Followed by stretching and some physio. And all that before 10.30am.

I was forraging yesterday, so I spent the rest of the day using the stuff by making jams, fruit crumble, muffins etc. Am i wierd that I find it easier being in the kitchen cooking/baking, than passing through it all day and not eating! Though the smellmof fresh muffins did drive me to miso and tuna!

Dinner time now: cod, carrots and a mouthful of spud.
Wasn't planning on fasting today but again with a mega busy day (met my year 7s and 11s for the first time :bugeyes: ) and choosing black coffee over milk and sugar I've only just got round to eating!

Tea was comfort food...cheesy roasted veg quesadillas made by my OH, but I well over estimated the calories and amounts and came out with 650!
