Let's start this show on the road early. I'm fasting today. Wednesday is the new Thursday for me. I'm working so it's easier. Had a relatively easy fast on Monday, so hope it's good today. The scales are at 72kg. It's pumpkin soup for dinner. Who else is in today?
Hi my mate @sallyo I am in!
Moving house so no appetite/ not much time to eat..so this is an alternate day fast ( fasted monday)
Gonna try and ADF all week! Enjoying being too busy packing to think too much of food!
Good luck Wednesday Wonders
Hi @Sallyo[tag]CandiceMarie[/tag] a happy Wednesday to you.
Wishing you all a good Wed fast, :clover: off to bed :sleepy:
Lunch time: miso soup is my saviour.
Hello everybody

Yes I am with you this fine warm Wednesday, completed a successful full Fast on Monday, so doing it again today. All going well with just Coffee, green tea, water.....and a little headache! :dazed:

All the best with the house move @CandiceMarie and enjoy your pumpkin Soup @Sallyo
Evening meal might be earlier, but will have a piece of steak on the BBQ and a salad.

cheers
Maggie
Good to see you @Maggiee. Home from work, ravenous. I think a bowl of yogurt before I prepare the pumpkin soup. Otherwise I'm going to break into the Monte Carlo biscuits my OH has carelessly left on the table. I could eat a horse and chase the rider. Got to do something sensible about it before I lose it completely.
Hi everyone. I'm in today. It's already 1230pm here so not doing badly although I'm cold and my stomach rumbling a bit. I have homemade tomato soup in work for lunch but going to hold off as long as possible - about 60cals. Also have scallops and a tomato sauce for dinner. Hoping to keep to about 350cals today. Luckily I'm busy enough in work but on the night feed tonight so its another 12hours of being awake til I can go to bed.
I'm in as well. Feeling hungry, it's 820 AM, but I'll make it. I have a full day at work and am bringing a cup of soup and a greek yogurt in case I need it. Dinner will be lean ground beef and some green beans. I'm doing 4:3 this week with a Saturday fast planned as well. Need the scale and my measurements to start trending downward again, here.
Hope you survived ok @sallyo and hope yr headache went @maggiee
Oh @teddybear night feed! So, a long day...x
tag]tkinsley[/tag] soup is my saviour for a fast day lift!
@lizbean howz DD today?
I love how my body tells me want it wants to eat on fast days..
I craved fish and peas tho i rarely eat fish...so,fish n peas it was for dindins xx
KNC ( Kitchen Now Closed) x
@CandiceMarie, I survived well. But also headachy, @Maggiee. Woke up at 3.30am, headachy, couldn't get back to sleep. Woke up again, the the alarm at 7am, still head achy, but I didn't take anything, had breakfast and went for the walk with the neighbours. dogs and baby, and now the head ache is gone. Perhaps I'm not drinking enough on the fast day. I thought my weight was up but OH pointed out that the scales have a shadow which you sometimes mistake for the line. Watch the red line. Still at 72kg, so all good. CandiceMarie, where are you moving to? You sound like you are really in tune with your body. I often have fish on a fast day. It's quick, it's nutritious. and it's low cal. Perfect fast food. Scallops, @Teddybear, now you're talking!
@sallyo ilove the sound of yr walks with dog, baby, neighbour
I' m moving from city centre to a few miles out towards suburbia to be nearer DD who isnt v well..so we can help each other out a bit more..lovely location with park lake just over the road, a little woods by my front door and the River a short walk away..it will be like living in Wind in the Willows! But i will miss the lovely Georgian houses by my present home, and the Cathedral, and the buzz of the city xxx
