Why is the clock moving soooo slowly today? My morning walk has made me super hungry today. Just had a few cherries to keep me going until dinner. Grrrr I better go and find something to do to keep me busy for the next few hours. I think it might be an early dinner for us tonight. Good luck fasters :)
I am in today, my second of a back to back fast as I didn't do Monday due to the bank holiday and not doing tomorrow as I am meeting friends in the morning for a cheeky cream tea!
I have found it a little harder today and still got just over an hour till tea but i will do it.
I love this way of life and that if you have plans you can change and not worry about it.
I'm in for my second fast this week... On the homeward stretch now, that means dinner within the hour! PHEW! Turned down lunch and chocolate today :o *smug grin*
I always do Mon and Wed so here I am. Am going to Boot Camp in 30 min time so I won't be able to eat untill 8pm. It may be omelet or veg soup or a salad I will see how I feel at 8pm. If I am still alive. Hope you all have or have had a good day.
Arg. Really struggling today. Feeling very low after a very stressful day with the kids, still ongoing as not yet asleep (and likely to wake up even when they do eventually sleep!). Eldest child managed to block the toilet after one trip to the loo!!?! Tried to unblock it, failed miserably, and had to get a man out. Add mutinous children to the mix and no sleep and it's a killer. Result, have failed to do my usual fast day exercise and am up to 497 calories.

It's OK to wobble but must not fall off.

Had a plain biscuit this afternoon not because I wanted it but was visiting a friend and she put a plate of biscuits out with the coffee. I said no thanks but she looked at me accusingly and asked if I was dieting. No I said and took a small plain one. Then to daughter in our Gite for dinner and she had done chicken curry. Had a small plateful with two dessertspoons of rice and some rocket. Then a small slice of creme brulee vienetta. Definetly over my 500 but am not beating myself up. Will fast again on Friday.
