Hi All fasters today.... I'm struggling :starving: this morning so I thought I'd post something out there just to stay with it.

Last night I ate a bag of crisps.... and again, I think I get withdrawal symptoms so it makes the next day harder. :bugeyes:
I think you're right. I find the best way for me to prepare for a fast day is a bit of protein and/or fat the night before. Carbs like cookies or crisps definitely seem to make it harder. carbs seem to make me crave more carbs. :frown:
