In today as usual for my Wed. fast. Very happy I've managed to hang on to 149.something for 3 days straight :victory: . Hope this is a trend.
I see from the posts that miso soup very popular to help get through the day. My cupboard is full of it so hopefully an easy day. Good luck all :clover: :like: :heart:
In today! Trying for 4:3 this week and I have to say it's much more mentally daunting...at the end of the first fast in a 5:2 week I feel accomplished but this morning I felt more like, "oh, god, two more?!"

Hi all,

I'm in today too and finding it really hard for some reason. I can usual fast no problem with just water all day and a cup of tea at lunchtime and maybe another in the afternoon before a nice low cal dinner late evening but today I'm SOOOO hungry. I think I'm going to have to resort to a diet coke so the bubbles fill me up!

I need this to be a good fast because
1. I am 2lbs off my goal weight and I want to see that magic number but if I don't see it tomorrow then I won't for a while as
2. I'm going on an all inclusive holiday next week and will eat and drink lots (and be happy with that too) so will definitely be putting on weight!

Come on diet coke - do your magic.........
You can do it @shellsrock some days are just harder than others..but you' ll feel sooo good when you have yet another fast day under yr belt
Ive just stopped to have my usual fastday cuppa soup.always have it round 430 and it carries me thru til dindins

I'm in too. Will have a little protein and salad for dinner. I Still deal with some insomnia but I have gotten used it. If I really have a bad night I'll take a spoonful of plain yogurt.
TY @CandiceMarie! Past noon here now and I feel pretty good now that I'm past the week's halfway mark!
Im just about finished for the day. Strange things happening weight wise. I have increased after last Wed and Monday fasts! :bugeyes: WTF!! Hormones or water retention or something. But as a result I have been so annoyed that I have overeaten last Fri and again yesterday. :cry: I am so close to goal, but the scales are going up. I will join you on a 4:3 @Rieur. I will be fasting again on Friday, and I am considering going again on Sunday, as I have holidays next week. I cant run this week either as my hip/ knee are dodgy from my 10k last Sunday. Too much fasting in 1 week?
@scubachick I'm doing Friday too, though it sounds like you have an ADF thing going, if only in the short term. Sending strength and good thoughts!!
