Is anyone else fasting today? I'm trying to stick to my fasts better than I had been lately, since I've slipped out of maintenance zone for most of the summer (or at least I assume I have; I feel so pudgy, I've been afraid to weigh myself!)

Good luck, Wednesday fasters! :clover: :clover:
Hi Maryanne, it's so annoying to know as soon as you stop the weigh comes back, just get back on track you can weigh in later

the especially annoying thing is that I was still sort of fasting, usually 3 times a week. I just wasn't sticking to 500 cals. Throw in a few crazy weekends (honestly, why does getting together with friends have to be such calorie fests), and there you go. Most of my clothes still fit just fine, so I know I'm not too far gone.
