Seriously am I then only one.
Well here goes, I've had an oxo a yoghurt and some prawns with grated celeriac.
Dinner is aubergine bake.
So today is a pesky day......pescaterian
Pony up Caro and fly the fasting flag for us today!
Nearly Dindins time for you i hope xx big hugs!x
I'm in today too, having eaten my calories at lunch today with friends.

Tis my 3rd anniversary IF'ing today too. In that time: much 'wail blubber' gone, 11 inch (28cm) smaller waist. BMI=23.6, now lighter than 89% in my age group, 59% worldwide. Blood numbers are "Good" to "Ideal" in 7 of 8 categories in each of the last 3 years (as opposed to averaging 1 of 8 for many, many previous years). 20% fat mass with a DEXA scan a week ago. Nothing hurts, everthing works. Life be good. Now what?

Oh yeah, that's right. Musn't forget obligate dinner plans: Nothing ... with a side of diet water, please, no ice.

Hey, @ADFnFuel, can you point me to the site where one gets such comparisons? Just curious... Congrats on the 3 year anniversary, by the way.
I fasted today. Made homemade chicken soup for dinner, with a small chunk of sweet potato and half a bagel. Lovely dinner for a lovely fast day.

Thanks, @ADFnFuel. But I have a couple of serious complaints about that site.
First, "Obesity Index - BMI is an estimate of how "overweight" or "obese" a person is." What terrible - and inaccurate wording!!! Why on earth couldn't they say "(BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight " (National Institutes of Health website)?
Second, I'm not "most like someone from Cambodia". In all likelihood a Cambodian woman aged 60 - 69 is not very healthy. There's a good chance she carries the TB bacterium. From WHO: ".. issues of inequity still persists
between rural and urban areas as well as among different socio-economic groups including
women, the poor, migrant workers, unregistered population, and ethnic minorities. " My BMI is nearly the same as an average Haitian woman my age - am I to be compared to her as well, living in the poorest country in our hemisphere?

Getting off my soapbox now. Apologies for taking this so seriously!
