@Lori I'm also experimenting with 2 500 calories days and one 1000 callorie day! My 5-2 days are M and W and my 1000 calorie day will be Friday. I hope it works for both you and me

I had to go in today (took yesterday off after being a tad unwell on Monday following a big jolt on Sunday night). This may have been a mistake as the headache's returned with some of the nausea and the tinnitus has ramped up again: I'm going to spend this evening doing very little and seeing if this clears.

Upside - it makes for such an easy FD . No temptation to eat at all. :) If this keeps up tho', by Friday, I may well be ready to eat the hind leg off a donkey, as my mother would have said.

Finished my chilli con carne and just have enough calories for a cup of tea with semi skimmed. I did a fast Monday and yesterday stuck to 900 calories, so today's fast was tough but I've done it. Because of my inactivity following knee surgery I a m finding it necessary to keep my calorie intake low :dazed:
