Good luck my lovely buddy! :clover: I am in today too.....I have a courgette bake for dinner with lots of green salad....yummy.
I should be in today but I inadvertently did 2 in a row Mon and Tues, it was only last night when I closed my window at 8pm that I realised I had only had 520 Cals, I have now decided that DH and I can go out for a big plate of Mussels and a side salad. Way hae. Oops sorry ladies hope you have all had a good day, you are almost there now.
Been a tough one today but I've survived. Just waiting for DH to get home as I really want to eat together :starving:
Have been very saintly today. The family got a take away for their dinner and I managed to say 'none for me thanks'. This is such a big thing for me to do. Going to truck in to a nice chicken salad in a minute, after I've polished my halo
Good luck @rawkaren sending you some of my saintlyness
 :clover: :clover: :clover:

@justdee Well done on sticking with it Dee
Next time I'd try "tucking" into your chicken salad. Lol
:clover: :clover:
I really don't know how I did it @sue.Q I stayed in the kitchen, making salad when they were eating. I didn't even have a bite of theirs. Now I eating mine and I think it taste even better than it usually does. :)

Well done @justdee - watching people eat yummy things when you can't is sooo tough!

Big respect! You will go far......

Only we can decide what food goes down our throat....no-one can sabotage our eating unless we allow them to.....important to remember that!

:rainbow: :rainbow: :rainbow:
@justdee - was meant to be in today, but got absolutely smashed last night and couldn't face it on a hangover! Won't be fasting again until next week now xx

Hope today went well for everyone!
After announcing and fasting to 1200h, I remembered today is my bookclub meeting; i.e. monthly carb and wine fest so postponing fast to tomorrow. Have I been afflicted with @rawkaren 's fasting announcement curse??? Hope not
I made it folks! Just tucking into a large salad and some baked cod. Thanks for your good wishes :victory:
Good for you @rawkaren. Curse hopefully broken :like: :clover:
I completed another fast with very few cals before aerobics class. It was 7-8 so yet again didn't eat my usual (500)higher cal meal as didn't want it. Let's see if this kick starts my spring /summer loss.
When are you back in @pinchypops Monday? See you then.
haha @Sue.Q only just noticed that I put 'trucking' sounds like I was going at the salad with some force haha. Well done @rawkaren :)
Dee
Awful quiet in here!

I'm holding off on my first meal until 1:40 pm which will be 16 hours since I last ate. Doing fine so far.
