Hi CandiceMarie, I'm back for one of my infrequent fasts as I need to get back onto shed a few kg.

I don't really plan them, but just wake up and feel up for fasting some mornings.

This is my first fast in a while,its going ok. Hope yours too x
I know what you mean..some days feel just right for a fast,some just don't,so its a good idea to wake up and see how you feel xx
