Fasting Tuesday, March 28
28 Mar 2017, 10:05
Yippee, the weight is going down. Had a quite a light day yesterday and feel a bit empty, but weighed 59,6 kg this morning . I am doing my Lenten window fasting, someone here mentioned every other day fasting 'to shake things up a bit'. I have been wondering about the same thing. On my usual Lenten days I break fast about 15:00, with yogurt, berries and half a Granny Smith apple. I thought of every other day just breaking the fast with half an apple only. I think I start that tomorrow with an every other day thing going., See what happens. Not so long anymore until Easter!!

Hi everyone
You are going so well @Margotsylvia

I am just finishing off my Tuesday fast day. It's been a good day! It's now after 9pm, and I am posting to stop me from sneaking in something from the kitchen :-) No breakfast, just coffee then I ate at 1:30pm - Miso soup with a few prawns in for lunch. Dinner was 2 "vegie" cakes done in the oven with steamed bok choy and broccoli, and some peach with a dollop of yogurt to finish.

I have been getting in my fasts - I try for 2 days each week but sometimes only manage 1.5. The .5 might be 800 cals rather than 500. This week I have seen the scale go down a tad so that is encouraging.

Good luck to all the Tuesday fasters.

cheers
