I can't believe I'm starting the thread today! Lately I haven't been fasting as good as I should be. I've been very hungry in general lately and giving in to it too much. But my plan is when I feel hungry to drink something. I have a VERY busy day at work today, so that should help and I'm looking forward to a nice grilled chicken salad later today.

I'm joining you, @cblasz! I had half a fast day yesterday because I went out in the evening and ate quite a lot of cheese , biscuits and salad so today I am planning to do a 'proper' fast. I may do another one on Saturday or Sunday depending on how close to my target I am on Saturday morning. Maintaining can be a minefield when there are cakes and biscuits in the house!

So we must be the Terrific Trio!

I saw there wasn't a thread started this morning....but had no time to do it, so slunk off!

Probably going a bit over today....my daughter made blueberry muffins at school yesterday....and I succumbed at around 11.45am. In my defence, I had been out exercising in the lane earlier on & was starving....though I'm sure that's no excuse!

Soup for me later.......

I guess Weds. is not a big fasting day! I hope everyone's fast is going well! I had a crazy hectic day, so it was easy to fast. I'm now enjoying an unsweetened green iced tea and my salad. I'm exhausted, so I'll probably go to bed early and won't need to eat later tonight!

I'm in today. Have had 250 calories so far. 3 hours until dinner time. I've been having a bad week so I'm nervous about my weekly weigh-in on Friday. Also having weird stomach issues so had to cancel my workout for tomorrow morning cuz it doesn't seem like a good idea right now. Hate skipping workouts :-(
