It is more fun to write here the 'same old thing' every day now that I have finally started to lose some weight. Very close to 4 kg lost this Lenten fast. Today's weight: 59.1. And I had my usual 'break fast' yesterday :grin: .
We had frost here last night, but the sun keeps on shining, so I do not mind. The spring sun is so warm, that we have + 5 deg. Celsius already. :grin: .
Any of you Aussies in Queensland, thinking about you guys in the storm...

In today as well, for practical reasons today rather than yesterday. Back to some fasting to prevent spring weight gain after a relaxed winter (regarding fasting). Had a 'semi-fast' last week (ordinary fastingregime for breakfast and lunch, normal dinner), today a full fletched fastday traditional style :smile:
Yess, I still am a faster for life, this being the first real fast-day this year. Taking the concept of 'intermittent' fasting to the edge: even a 5 months intermission is technically still an intermission :geek:
