Hi Nicolette. The first fasts are pretty hard. Remember it gets better with time. Also remember you can eat normally tomorrow. And believe me the food will taste so good.

Hi Nicolette and Welcome
Keep yourself occupied and distract yourself, drink plenty water and make yourself a hot drink, we sometime mistake thirst for hunger.
You can do this as you've come so far into the day, then give yourself a pat on the back + a treat tomorrow. This WOL does work and once we make it through the bad days + weeks we get the results we deserve.
Good Luck. :clover: Sue. :clover:

If necessary, eat dinner earlier, no rule in saying what time to eat. First few are hard, but then you will look back and think, I did them ! They become second nature very soon and you don't worry.

Think of the scales !

Keep busy also !
