Hey guys!

Thanks for the tips last night about my first fast! It wasn't half as bad as I'd thought it would be! I managed to go from 8pm right up until 6pm today so 22hours! So chuffed with myself  realised that I don't actually need half of the food that I normally eat, and if I just keep drinking water I'm fine!

Had a few hunger pains but they lasted about 10mins and I kept myself busy to keep my mind off it! Actually looking forward to my next fast on Thursday!

Love bec x
