I need to focus from now on the days between and so as @Sallyo is doing, I'm getting back into logging on My Fitness Pal. It's like observing myself from afar and once detached I see clearly where I'm starting unhelpful habits! -and of course weight goes up and I don't feel good about that. It's partly due to school holidays and not having a routine. However, all my (smaller) clothes still fit (and there are no larger sizes around anyway).
