Hello Friday fasters. It's cold here, and our heating is being naughty. Let's hope I don't get the fasting chill !

I'm in for a half fast. I'm on my way to Tokyo and will go out for a drink once I arrive. I won't go much over 500, though.

I'm in too. In theory it should be easy, as yesterday I'm sure I ate enough for two days! Although that actually does sometimes make me more hungry, not less...

hello Friday fasters,, I'm in again today after yesterdays distraction. Yesterday didn't turn out too bad tho, still came in at around 1000cals. Today is going well only had coffee so far. Not sure what to have for dinner as I had my fastday dinner last night. Please can you tell me what you're having for your evening meal as I'm stuck for ideas and don't want to fall at the last hurdle. I've got loads of salad stuff in so thinking salad and a protein, any ideas please let me know, not chicken as just had that, thanks. Hope you're all having a easy fast. :clover: :clover: :clover: :clover:

@justdee -
I doubt it's much help to you but our dinner is a bake of tomatoes, yellow & red peppers, green & black olives, capers, with artichoke bottoms baked on the top (nestling into the rest) containing a dab of Philly & some Parmesan for me but just anchovies on DH's artichoke bottoms as he's also having some smoked trout fillet.

Hello Friday fasters I'm joining you today & feeling very chilly. I've had some beef boullion to warm me up & a couple of cups of coffee & tonight supper will be Chicken Casserole from the Marks & Spencer Fuller a Longer range & an apple. It's certainly turned much colder & grey here in Sussex & I'm feeling increasingly tired which I know is linked to me feeling cold so I guess it's a kind of wanting to hibernate response. I must get up & do things rather than stay on my iPad that now needs charging.
Good luck to all fasting today! Roll on tomorrow :grin:
