But just the same it's worth remarking that regularity and no fuss has helped us maintain the early quicker weight loss, and we have even dropped a little in weight over the last months. Wonderful.
Life still chucks all its problems at us but doesn't distract from our eating routine which is still doing a good job all the time steadily in the background ( thoughts of 5:2 are NOT all-consuming) without a doubt keeping us healthier. hang on in there fellow fasters!
