Fasting today, so far 1/2 cup blue berries, 1/2 cup of yogurt, and plain black tea! Lunch 5 slices of roast beef with some baby carrots and water! Dinner Broth and water!
I was 240 lbs when started down to 224 lbs now!

So there! I am by the way a Male of this forum, my gender says Female I do not know how to correct that (no an operation is not a funny suggestion today, already frustrated with this format to post on this, this is my fifth or seventh time trying this!)
