Have I spoilt my fast

Help please!! Today is my normal fast day and In normally on the button BUT today I forgot I hadyogurt and fruit salad for breakfast!! Just adding my dinner to my diary and realise I am 212 cals over target of 500....although dinner was chicken and vegetable stirfry I am absolutely gutted!! Do you think because dinner was mainly vegetables I might have got away with it......

I really wouldn't worry about it! As long as your meals today were healthy, who cares if you went over a bit? I'm sure there are days when you must be slightly under - don't sweat it xx

Plenty of us go over at times, and other times under!
It was still a very low cal day and in the big picture, 200 extra cals isnt going to mean a hill of beans! X

I'd say it's not worth worrying about it is still a big calorie deficit.

It'll be fine. Still a low day after all. You may not lose as much but At least you are learning and are mindful of your eating habits so that's a plus any day in my book.

Yes, I'm 12 weeks in and the last three weeks have been interesting - forgotten it's fast day or out to lunch with carb sandwiches!

It's a shock when it happens...........I take a big breath and agree if I feel I have failed - I will fast the next day (Tues or Fri as I fast Mon/Thurs).

As folks say tomorrow is another day. I do love my routine though, so trying hard not to be sabotaged.
