I've been roughly maintaining on one or two fasts per week, but I probably could do with shifting a few more kg as I've entered my local 10 mile run in October. I'm going to cut down on weekend alcohol and my occasional pastries to see how that goes.
Feeling good so far, will max out as usual on coffee and sparkling water, though I occasionally have a high five zero for variety. I now have a settled routine of nothing solid until the evening which seems to work for me.

Feel less hungry when it's hot but also less inclined to get out and exercise. Will eat this evening and then go for a late walk/run depending on temperature....or (more honestly) inclination!

Feeling a bit hungry but got lots to do this evening so hopefully will keep my mind off food. Weight loss has been really slow lately, can't see this week being any different either, as other than allotmenting, I haven't done any proper exercise ie kettlebells. It's just too damn warm to be throwing those things around.
