Every day there will be a new topic in this forum for today's fasters to chat & support each other.
Please don't make extra threads in here besides the daily fasting threads, if you've got a question please post it in the relevant forum or ask in today's 'Fasting Today' thread, thank you.
It's seems that the less you have to lose the slower it can be in some people.
Just keep plugging away and you'll receive the other health benefits whilst waiting for your body to catch up.
Good luck.
or so and you should be rewarded with a loss in the numbers somewhere, if all that fails try a reduction in your carb intake especially on your fastdays that should kickstart you into weightloss, good luck.
Sorry it is so frustrating for you but please hang in there and "have a little faith, baby". Weight loss is slower if you haven't much to lose. It has also been my experience that the results of what you do are not immediate - for instance when I took a week's break from 5:2 I weighed less next time I stepped on the scales, and when I upped my exercise a lot it seemed to have no effect for weeks. There are all sorts of complications such as fluid retention that get between less food and less pounds and inches, but stick with it. You may hasten things along if you cut back on carbs - it is not in the "rules" of intermittent fasting, but many people find it helps.
