Snacking?

Day 2 fast
Do you save your cals for 1 or 2 meals or can you incorporate a snack?

do whatever works for you within the calorie limits. good luck :)

I don't snack on fast days, having just 1 meal in the evening, but I do have 3 cups of tea with a dash of milk during the day. I allow 7 calories for a dash of milk, and take them off my evening allowance, with my cuppas, fasting days are a lot easier!
I presume the same holds for snacks, just remember to deduct them!

I hold a few calories on fast days for a little treat after my evening meal. I like Tesco Light Choices chocolate mousse which has 80cals or 2 WW chocolate cookies with a cuppa coffee for 87.

I just don't like feeling deprived on fast days. I don't really "snack" during the day though. Just that one treat after my main fast meal and I'm delighted with myself!
