Sunday 15th March low cal day
15 Mar 2015, 05:30
Well at the latter end of my day and thought I'd lig in, but no one here yet. Up to about 750, after late lunch, of my allocated 1000 cals. Early night should elp ne get thru. Good luck fasters.
I'm in, trying again
managed 2 last week , one a good fast, the other sabotaged by sticky pecan buns that I made- they wouldn't have been as good 'tomorrow'.
So aiming for at least one week of 3 proper fasts to get me back in the groove
need the wet fish treatment!
Hope your's is going well @GMH and good luck to anyone else joining in today/
:clover:
@janeg I thought u would be in today. I was sabotaged last week by waking starving at midnight! Good luck to us all....I must make some soup to keep those cals low and the tummy full.
Yep @GMH regular Sunday as it's the beginning of the working week here and kind of makes sense.
Wonder if I will change when I get home and have a 'proper' Saturday/Sunday weekend? Something to think about...
I'm in today - first fastday after a much-needed but very calorific week's holiday that appears to have added only one pound to my weight. I'm a bit sceptical about this to be honest, I think my scales may have missed me & they're being nice to welcome me home. Usually they're truly evil and clearly plot to discourage me!

Had a lovely long post-hol sleep last night, waking after mid-day. Perfect for a fast-day; there's hardly any time now till my little lunch at 2.30pm.

@GMH - I try to keep my non-diet days to 1800 cals, to leave leeway for accidents & to leave space (within 2,000 cals) for eating in the middle of the night. I've had night-waking & insomnia phases throughout my life but if I eat something carby it often puts me to sleep - 23grams of Alpen with 50ml semi-skimmed milk is 100 cals & usually does the trick for me.
I'm in for my back to back today - a good fast day yesterday (for a change) - trying to keep it very low carb today so, if I eat a bit extra (and I might!!), it may not end up too bad for a fast - if that makes any sense
All out of sync recently but I too am in today, so that is good. Roast chicken on a bed of spring greens coming up
