Living in a hotel at the moment but they do eggs benedict, so I can have my poached eggs as usual with the added extra of some spinach. That's all I'll have for the day so hope it's under the 500cal.

Really need to decide if I'm going to officially declare maintenance mode...
just wanted to wish all of you fasters a wonderful day and good flow Today I am not fasting myself. I will fast next Saturday. Weekend, especially Saturday, is quite easy for me to do because I move around so much that I "forget" about eating. Kinda

Saw the DVD "Still mine" yesterday and found it very touching and worth seeing. For those who like to get distracted by movies while fasting. It is based on a true story.

Have you seen the trailer? It reflects the energy of the movie pretty well in my perception. I'd rather call it touching or heartwarming. This couple is pretty strong together. I guess it all lies in the eye of the beholder and is a matter of resonance like with all art (music, movies, books)
I am still not sure when to fast next week. Guess Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday will be my days. We will see
Still half a fast is better than no fast, but that pizza was good.........

Have been back on track since Boxing Day. This is my 21st month of having intermittent fasting as part of my life and for which I am grateful. I agree with you @GMH some of us really have to work hard at this maintenance phase as I guess this past year I have really been investigating how I go with maintenance while observing my fasting appetite, my normal appetite and and what must be like binging appetite whenI just want to eat and eat. I am a work in progress still having to rejig what is to be my optimally sustainable weight and most suitable BMI.
Next fast Thursday I think so see you then, may the fast be with you
