Sunday Fast April 5th
05 Apr 2015, 04:02
Well been meaning to start this thread for hours, so here goes. In again after not fasting since Tuesday, hmm and lots of high cal food over Easter. Heaving rain yesterday so cooked up a storm, lots of healthy veg in freezer ready to go. So far butternut and cauliflower soup, mini protein bar and coffee. Plan on having eggplant, chickpea, tomato stew/ragout, delish for late lunch. Lots of walking to celebrate the sun being out. Bout to have a nonna nap after late night. Good luck to anyone joining me...or am I the only one?

Good to see you @GMH thought I'd be on my lonesome today.
Your menu sounds good. I'll be doing usual poached eggs. It works for me.
Have a good one and good luck to any one else joining in.
