Sunday Fast May 17th
16 May 2015, 22:43
Well I've got the wet fish out, been busy, stressed, slack, indulgent. So time to get a grip, get organised and get not just back on track, but better at the daily menu. I just eat to be rebellious at times, then there's the slack eating, it all comes down to eating the wrong food with too many calories. So today I plan to plan. Decide what I will eat this week and stick to it. Today I'll do under 1000 cals and get cooking so I have meals ready when I drag my sorry butt in after long days. I can flounder along as I have been this past year, stopping and starting, weight within range, but it feels disjointed and at times not a good eating plan. Here's to success for all of us. @janeg are u joining me today?

@GMH a quiet Sunday I see, so popping into say hello! That's a good talking to you have given yourself, and others. I agree it's easy to fall away from planning the week ahead - but it makes SO much sense - takes away all those meal piece decisions, temptations and reasons to stray. I'll join you on 1000 cals today. Guess Janeg is unpacking the wet fish as we speak, so brace yourself

@Lizbean, didn't get as organised as I should have, thanks to my new toy...the high pressure water cleaning machine...my pavers are looking sparkling...well some if them :-) however I got thru fast fine on about 750, and I have good food cooked and an idea of a plan. Just need to follow thru now. Not so busy this week, so I won't ve walking my dogs in the dark so often. Makes it easier to get a healthy dinner on the plate rather than pick in tiredness with a glass of red. Hope yours went well too :-)

@GMH Well done on your low cal day. I achieved too. I'm still trying to sort out my week ahead, just sent off my yearly appraisal report to my Director, we meet at noon tomorrow. Wow, nothing beats a good power shower! Love it. I borrowed my neighbours last year and the patios are still looking good and so am I, twinkling
A colleague brought her 5 week old Bichon Frises to work Friday afternoon. I melted on the spot! Great feeling. Off to sleep very soon..

Hello @GMH and Sunday fasters.
I'm suffering from dodgy interwebs and relocation rumbles!
No Sunday fast at the moment as we are back in a civilised country with proper weekends. I will have to have a think about fasting on the 'weekend'.
All a bit mad at the moment, so doing some fasts and some windows.
The wet fish is still in transit (hopefully the tank is still full  ). we get into our house on the 8th June and the fish and furniture arrives on the 9th. Working on a tour until then so all could be quiet from me . :dazed:
Keep heart fellow fasters! :victory:
