So what exactly are the liquids that you consume on a liquid fast day??
For me, black tea and water, with a white coffee mid morning. But there's no rules- other people include other drinks.
I drink tea (with milk), an occasional squash, water and diet drinks. I find it easier than I thought I would, the last couple of liquid fasts I haven't even felt hungry.
I'm only on my 3rd liquid fast so I still consume some cals - up to 150. I still to coffee til lunch. Then if necessary I have cup of bouillon and bottle fizzy water. More coffee and at home at dinner, I will have mushroom soup/cofffee/hot chocolate(on water). I eventually plan to make it more 0 cal but I went from eating 3 times a day, to twice, to once and now this so it's a work in progress.
I have been drinking copious quantities of tea and the odd mug of Marmite but if I get really desperate (which isn't usual), I have a protein shake, only because I know the calories and that makes it easier.
