Had a blow out too esmeralda this weekend, Roast Pork last night! Yum!

Having bacon, sausage, mushroom and a poached egg on a bed of spinach for breakfast - could become the regular pattern!
Had a cakey thing on Friday and felt really strange afterwards- almost like the opposite of a bad sugar dip. I hadn't had much of it either. Looks like this WOE is having a big effect on what I eat on feed days.
PS I'm onto my 18th fast this year.

Strangely though instead of avoiding food I have been baking (salted caramel cupcakes) and I am about to make some soup for tomorrow.
I do 4:3 Sunday tuesday & thursday. Had so much last 2 feed days I was so looking forward to fasting today!! making slow progress but happy with it... I also managed to get to the gym as a bonus worked out to the effect of 300 calories so i am feeling proud of myself today...
Oh well. Weigh in tomorrow will tell me I am a naughty boy!
It's been a bit of a struggle for me today and I thought by now (12th fast) it would be easier....I'm sure it's probably just my imagination but after I remembered to take my 4 different types of vitamins/supplements at about 4pm I felt better within half an hour
Really looking forward to some tasty food tomorrow.
