Fasting today - Sunday 3 March
03 Mar 2013, 06:12
Well it's my sixth fast today. I'm finding fasting days are going well - I just wish I could say the same for feed days! I've been eating way over my TDEE. Ah well, new week starts tomorrw... Good luck to everyone fasting today!
Fasting today too.

Had a blow out too esmeralda this weekend, Roast Pork last night! Yum!

Nice to get back on it!
Yes boboff, it is nice to fast again - I quite look forward to my fasting days.
Right there with you! Fast number 4 today after a weekend of mindless gorging!!
Count me in I'm fasting today. Must say personally I'm finding a little hard. Previously I had been on juddd and was doing alternate days fasting. To now have 2 or 3 days eating unrestricted and then having to fast I.m finding it hard. But will get used to it .
Me too! Fasted last Sunday and decided to do the same today. This makes it a 4:3 this week again...

Having bacon, sausage, mushroom and a poached egg on a bed of spinach for breakfast - could become the regular pattern!
I'm fasting today as usual. Slept in which was intentional and lovely and having my first coffee. Bread on to prove, and about 6 hours to go until feeding time.
Had a cakey thing on Friday and felt really strange afterwards- almost like the opposite of a bad sugar dip. I hadn't had much of it either. Looks like this WOE is having a big effect on what I eat on feed days.
PS I'm onto my 18th fast this year.
Enjoy your fasts fellow healthy people!
Very first fasting day for me today :D seem to be going ok, had some fresh grapefruit and blueberries for breakfast and will have chicken and veg for dinner tonight.

Strangely though instead of avoiding food I have been baking (salted caramel cupcakes) and I am about to make some soup for tomorrow.

Hi!
I do 4:3 Sunday tuesday & thursday. Had so much last 2 feed days I was so looking forward to fasting today!! making slow progress but happy with it... I also managed to get to the gym as a bonus worked out to the effect of 300 calories so i am feeling proud of myself today...
I think I am going to Bail today, just done 5 hours in the garden on the fast, I am knackered and hungry, but more importantly thirsty!

Oh well. Weigh in tomorrow will tell me I am a naughty boy!
I'm fasting today. Had an exercise class this morning, a banana/kiwi smoothie, a pootle with the dogs this pm and will have chilli and salad at some point soon. Good day.
My fasting day is going really well. Amazingly (for me!) I find fasting days more enjoyable than feed days. I just feel leaner, sharper and generally more 'on the ball'. I think I may do alternate day fasting from now on...
We're nearly there now aren't we...I'm really looking forward to my little Morrison's ready meal. I'm finding fasting over a weekend day far harder than a working day.
It's been a bit of a struggle for me today and I thought by now (12th fast) it would be easier....I'm sure it's probably just my imagination but after I remembered to take my 4 different types of vitamins/supplements at about 4pm I felt better within half an hour ;)

Really looking forward to some tasty food tomorrow.
9th fast for me, pretty straightforward & looking forward to dinner in 10 mins. 25 miles on bike this afternoon was slow & I was really washed out for a while but part of this would be down to dehydration (was out for 2 hours). Perking up now food is at hand!
