This is the start of my second month doing this method and I love it and my family are doing well on it too. We are exercising more and being more conscious about what we eat on non-fast days and are seeing results. My friend mentioned this to me and I am so glad she did.... I am a stone lighter already and feel more hopeful about losing the next stone... and the next until hopefully in the end I will be 6 or 7 stone lighter than when I started...
I had Gnocchi for lunch which probably wasn't the best choice but 400 cals so not terrible and that's it until lunch tomorrow

Hi - because I am obese when I exercise I burn more... it's the only advantage
So I did about 15 mins on treadmill
15 mins on elliptical
3 mins on a hand cycle
20 mins of various weight machines - at least 6
5 mins elliptical
17 mins treadmill
Also done an hour and 20 of gardening after that. I must be kicked into fat burning as I have felt full of energy all day!
I did crave chocolate at one point but got over it!
