Started today! Feel enthusiastic.
This is my second fast day and it's 14:30 here in the UK. I think it helped getting up pretty late this morning and having my breakfast (poached egg on toast) late as a result. I feel pretty wiped out today and am hoping to find the fasting gets easier. Good luck..you've only got a few hours now until your dinner!

I have managed to do ok today. I batched cooked some 'fast' day soups and casseroles yesterday, that I am really glad I did as when I came to make what I was going to have for my lunch today had already been eaten So I just had a soup instead, lentil, chickpea and chilli soup - very nice and has done the filling trick.
I have drunk nearly a l and 1/2 of water and lots of tea and coffee, however I am worried over the milk in my tea. I have soya milk, which is quite light in calories (70 for 200ml) and I have been counting this in my calories on a fast day, however I have my first cup at 9 ish on a Sunday, but I do not eat until 1 ish so is this going to make a difference?
Oh well, if it's no milk then so be it. I will just drink bushtea and black coffee on a fastday.
Hope everyone is doing ok... It's fish and lots of steamed veg for dinner.
