I have looked all over the forum, but it seems I'm the only one fasting today - and that's only because a Magnum ice cream leapt out at me when I went to the local supermarket yesterday, my usual fasting day! It was worth it!!
Hi Navwoman,

Nice to hear that you enjoyed your Magnum. It's the great thing about this WoE that you can have the occasional treat without being punished by the dreaded scales. Just to let you know that I'm with you today, I was wondering whether I was the only one fasting today. Have a good one! josie50
I'm fasting today too. Unfortunately things went a bit pear-shaped when, after a very intense 1-hour workout, my brother called and invited me to go hiking with him. I find exercising on a fast day is generally no problem, but maybe not quite that much of it! When the brother pulled out a calorie-count unknown (maybe 450?) sandwich for me at 3pm, at the summit, after 100 calories for breakfast, the workout and 1.5 hours of strenuous uphill hiking, I couldn't refuse! And I'll need to eat a little something before bed if I'm to sleep. So I'm guessing I'll hit more like seven hundred cals today, then. I know we're not meant to add calories for exercise ... buuuuut.... my deficit today will still be more than on a normal fast day. So I don't feel too bad. Might skip breakfast tomorrow too. And soon it's a fresh new week!
I'm with you too. I do 4:3 on Sat, Mon and Wed. I haven't eaten since last night 9:00 pm. A big yummy dinner is waiting for me at 7:00 pm  I've had 6 glass of water and a can of diet coke sofar.
Good luck everyone . I hope you feel great like what I feel today.
Hello Josie, Navwoman and Ninaa,

I'm fasting today too, I was just pretending to work so trying to avoid the forum till I got something done.

This is only my third fast, and I'm finding it tough today...I did last Saturday no problem but my husband was working so I was running around after the children, this week my husband is not working and has taken the children out, and I am supposed to be doing work for uni, which usually means that I would be in and out of the kitchen all day eating nonsense...

I'm trying to stay strong thinking about next saturday when my work will be done and dusted and I will be on my way to a wedding hopefully a bit lighter...

Now also thinking I may need a magnum tomorrow...
Me too - didn't feel like it and felt hungry and hard done by all day.
Hello,
I have just joined the forum.
Hope you have a great fasting day.
All the best.

I'm fasting today as well, normally I do Thursdays but I had to have dinner with someone so I decided on Friday instead. I was pretty hungover and had such a busy day, I had to eat to keep me going! So today it is...

Sitting in my room working all day is not going well. Feeling very low and finding it hard to work without food in me :(
Come to the end of my first fasting day, wasn't too bad! :)
