this really helps me

I bet everyone already does this but I have found a portion of sugar free jelly @ 11 cals really gets me through afternoon. I am only on my fifth fast and am finding it suits me to have about 120 cals breakfast 80 cals lunch then 300 for evening meal.that total includes two cups of tea with semi milk and a 40 cals choc drink before bed. Other than that black coffee herbal tea and water. I find I'm actually looking forward to my fast days, will this change I wonder.....
