Sounds like you've got the hang of things. Most of us have something to help us through the fast days, for me it's something salty if I really need something. I've been doing it a bit longer than you and now find most fast days I don't eat or drink anything except hot herbal teas until around 6 or 7 o'clock. The great thing about 5.2 is that there is no right or wrong way - it's up to you really, as long as you stay within your 500 cals. it's all fine. Good to see you've lost weight too - why don't you think about posting your progress with your stats? Keep posting!
