Morning!
Is any one else fasting today? I have done two fasts this week butd ecided another as going on holiday next week. Today may be hard as i am at home mist of the day with the kids. Then we are off out for tea at a Chinese all you can eat buffet
planning to save all my calories for then and as i am veggie just having a few veggies. To be honest i don't really like these places (friend birthday) so am hopeful that will help.
Also what are these zero/miracle noodles i have heard people mention?
