Unfortunately I had a bad eating day yesterday, which means I couldn't sleep and went up at midnight to have a few oatcrackers and a glass of milk...
Not a good start on a fast but NEVER MIND!
Just had a quite productive study morning on coffee, and now heating up my favourite of all favourite; New York Skinny Minestrone Soup with 180 kcal. Lifesaver.
For dinner I'm planning on having some stir fry with mushrroms, onion and tomatoes, and will probably have some of those tomatoes for snack later on today.
Bring. It. On!
I have also been 30 Day Shredding, and on feed days I usually top up the exercise with 30-45 minutes on the bicycle. I don't do more than the 30DS on fast days as I think it would do my head and everything else in.
I'm planning on a Hairy Dieters grilled pepper/courgette/halloumi salad for my diner tonight and looking forward to it - halloumi is one of my favourites! I would usually have an M&S ready meal but I am trying to wean myself off them and eat "real" food instead...

I had a Cuppa Soup, 2 crackers and a smidgeon of cheese at 1 o'clock and I am feeling desperate for my Minced beef Kheema and rice (recipe from Lavender & Lovage http://www.lavenderandlovage.com/2013/0 ... heema.html)
I'm trying to wait until about 7 o'clock to eat, but I'm not sure I'll manage it! I think I will go and try a drink of the ginger syrup that I bought at the weekend - a dash in fizzy water might be just what I need to keep myself going.
We're back from 2 weeks holiday and had a great time. BUT....we have both put on inches and pounds. If I hadnt have lost half a stone before the holiday I dread to think what I would weigh now.
Trying out Mimis fluffy prawn omlette (very good) and going for the Greek salad tonight. Keeping busy as the pangs are making themselves felt.
I want white bread and fries and chocolate and cake!!!!!
