Going without breakfast

On Monday I posted that I found it easier to have 3 small meals a day. BUT it was the worse fast day I've had SO today 7 th fast, I am going to wait till lunch time for 150 cals then rest in evening. This is 3 weeks today and 7lb lost. I am very pleased. I won't weigh in till tomorrow so hopefully it will be more. The funny thing is twice this week I have missed breakfast and not noticed. I think being busy is a big part. We are wardens on a caravan club site so this weekend is going to be very very busy, bring it on!!!! Ha 8-) ve a good day everyone...

Congratulations on your results and wishing you a great, busy day! I routinely skip breakfast (save for a coffee with a small amount of almond milk), and lunch, and have found this isn't so bad, especially if I'm busy. If I really need to during a fast, I'll have some miso broth (at 5 cal). My mother would be horrified and worried if she knew I was skipping all these meals (and I'm 44 and can't even bring myself to tell her!!); however, my physician okay'd this and my mother is not a MD! I much prefer 0 calories until later in the day because I HATE counting calories and prefer to have my one meal at nighttime. I find this approach (long stretches without food) carries over to feast days too on occasion. The one thing I have not done is gone to bed hungry on a fast day, though I'm sure it is possible. But if I can get results with the 500 calories on fast days I'll stick with that...
