Wouldn't normally fast on a saturday but my husband's away and I'm out this afternoon at a choir rehearsal so it seemed the ideal opportunity to throw another day in this week. Just had some lovely smoked salmon for 90 cals (from morrison's reduced section!) and having a steak stir fry tonight.
It's actually proving easier than a weekday so far as I got up at 9.30, hence reducing the amount of time I am actually awake to get hungry! AN early night tonight and I'll be laughing!
