Fasting today, Friday, July 5
05 Jul 2013, 00:41
I'm in! Then I get two days off. Yay!
I'm with you half-way. Technically it's a normal day for me, but I ate a lot when out last night.
I'm in for today (and tomorrow).

Yesterday was a picnic with my children (ate freely) and we have another family function on Sunday w/ a buffet, so although I'm supposed to be doing the alternate day fasting, I'll be fasting today and tomorrow back to back for this week.
I was all ready for my afternoon snack of miso soup, but just realized I ran out :-(

I've munched a little carrot instead.
Fasting today. Looking forward to it as have been feeling grunge after a bit of a splurge yesterday
I'm in - kind of a half fast, eating at my parents tonight so not sticking to 500 cal. Have a good day all
I am in for the second day in a row for the first and, hopefully, the last time. The reason is I'll go to my GP early tomorrow morning and I want to look and feel great and, also, I found these recipes for tonight and I am already drooling

I'll check those recipes Manderley! Thanks
My third fast of the week in an attempt to reboot the loss, can't wait for the weekend off though!

Poss back to 5:2 next week : )
I'm in today. It's a busy day so hopefully it will fly by because I think I overdid it on the scrambled egg this morning so trying to make it through to bedtime with only an apple to look forward to!
Me too, I usually do Mon and Wed but this week on Tues, Wed and Thursday Visithing son in Glasgow to baby sit a 6year old and a 3year old, I went mad and joined in all the treats as well as over doing the wine in the evenings so am hoping to undo some of the damage today. although I have been sticking to my fast days I have not been good on normal days, (overdoing the sugar and flour) even though I know my body does not cope well with carbs, on top of that it is weigh in weekend. Help am Bob I'm in trouble. :curse:
I am in today. Making up for 4th of July celebrations lots of hot dogs and chips and dips. Quite a spike in my weigh in chart today, but getting back on track!
I have been fasting today too..... but have to say, I have been soooo hungry all day  -- Thank God, it is dinner time
