Fasting Today Saturday 6 July

Actually getting used to these weekend fasts.

Fasting today and for once haven't pre-planned my meals (arghh). But am busy today, so think this will be fairly easy one and will work out meal plan soon. Got go to my personal training session first.

Good luck everyone who is joining me.
I'm joining you after a horribly bingey week I've fasted thurs and now today to try to undo the damage. So far have had 2 milky coffees do dinner is looking like just a salad for me. Good luck
Now, because I feel very vulnerable without a documented food plan for fasting days, I have just had lunch (whole wheat turkey sandwich with lettuce, cucumber and dash of Dijon mustard) - 200 calories.

And dinner I am looking forward to. It's a variation on the mushroom lasagne recipe I posted, taking some of the suggestions on the thread. It is a "Cheesy Vegetable layered bake" and, based on my calculations, I can have 2 portions (1/2 recipe) for 295 calories.

I will post the recipe tomorrow if it is good.
*sigh* I broke my fast as soon as the day took a stressful turn. We are on a 12 week camping trip and due to pack up tomorrow but hubby is quite ill so I've been trying to find alternative accommodation in a nearly fully booked out tourist town!

Anyhow, tomorrow is a new day & a fresh opportunity to try to fast anew.
