Morning all,

Am I the first? Anyway, I'm fasting today, to undo some of yesterday's calorie surplus. Have a good one :clover:
Yeah I'm here too (though the day is nearly done) after a failed fast yesterday. In super crabby though.
Yep, me too. But not really in the right frame of mind so will see how it goes. Good luck everyone. X
Liquid fast day for me. It's too hot to be hungry so that should help...I hope . Good luck everyone :)
I'm liquid fasting today too. Going well so far, enjoying being out as much as possible in the sunshine. Only problem is the vast amount of left overs in the fridge, so I'm cooking for the kids to use them up. Just bought 2 pretty sun dresses from the charity shop, which fit beautifully, so I'm very pleased.
I think I'm going to join in too today. Last week was my first proper week of the diet - and to be honest I struggled with the eating normal days - I felt much too full! Yesterday I felt sick at the end of the day.

However, I was dieting/calorie counting for a long time to lose weight (for the last couple of months I've been averaging 1500-1700 cals a day) before attempting this way of eating to break through a plateau so perhaps my stomach has got used to eating fewer calories generally? Maybe it's going to take a while to ease into it.

I don't think I'll fast strictly today but I really don't feel up to eating lots. My next proper fast day will probably be Tuesday.
I'm new to this Forum, so hello everyone. Today is my 2nd fast day - the first one went very well, but maybe the beautiful weather here in Germany is helping. Am looking forward to chatting to other people as soon as my post has been approved. :))
Sort of maintenance fast today, without really intending to. Black coffee for breakfast, shopping then out on bike for 14.6 miles/49 minutes in perfect conditions, sunbathe, bath then feeding starts just before the tennis final so a sort of 18:6 pattern. No restriction on the rest of the day because I am already below target weight...
I'm in! Haven't done a fast on a weekend yet but it's going surprisingly well. Just had scrambled eggs for a 4pm lunch and my calorie counter tells me I'm already at 487 for today. I hadn't realized those grapes were so loaded - thought they'd be comparable to berries but apparently not! I think with an early night I can manage to the end of the day!

Good luck to those few Sunday fasters out there!

Yes...me too. Need to undo last night's wine consumption! So far black coffee, hot water with lemon, marigold bouillon drink and yummee Liberte yogurt (79 cals). Looking 4ward to my 1st chick pea curry and cauliflower rice! Good luck everyone :-)
Hello all,

Hope is going well for you. I find it easier to eat less in warm weather but didn't feel that good earlier. Might have had too many carbs yesterday!
