I'm in. Back on the proverbial horse after having a really awful month or so. Aiming for a non-eating fast day but will take it as it comes. I have a hypnosis tape for when the munchies hit tonight.

For now, enjoying the sunshine from a distance.xxx

That's pretty impressive, I don't normally manage too much exercise on down days as generally feel hungry afterwards. :like:

First fast day today! Had a banana this morning at 90cal, 87cal tin of WW Carrot and Lentil soup and have a yummy dinner planned which I am really looking forward to. The City Kitchen Skinny Mediterranean Prawn and Orzo Pasta (290cal) with a big side salad (11cal)had 3grapes and 2 cups of black coffee. Taught 4 Dance lessons today too but feeling pretty good :)

Have found it encouraging to read everyone's post, as I hit a bad patch this afternoon. Had a small carton of coconut water which made me feel better and I don;t feel I have completely blown it. thanks for sharing. poached salmon and loads of salad leaves coming up soon....
I'm in. Week 12. Its noon and just water so far, my usual. After steady losses, I had a week of no loss. Must have binged on my Feast Days.
My first day and I am very hungry. Waiting to have fish and salad for dinner. Drinking tea at the moment...hopefully, the hunger pains will go away.
I did it although it is now Wednesday here. I gave up my fast on Monday as I was struggling with hunger. Not usual for me. Yesterday however was fine. Minimal hunger and all went smoothly. The great thing about this WOE is the flexibility

Managed to go over my cals today. 600 instead of 500 due to a silly miscalculation. Doh!
I fasted today and am about to go to bed. I always look forward to getting up the day after a fast for breakfast - porridge and yoghurt tomorrow.
I actually made it through my first "fasting" day. It was tough until I had dinner including fish and vegetables. Went to bed early with my stomach hungry and I am up and ready for a normal day. I am starting the day with a walk.
