,,,,,I ve kick started it this eveing.

I ve just come out of an unusually horrid shift (even by standards) I want to do something positive.

A stupid word but it says it all I'm afraid.

Sorry you've had a horrible shift! :frown: It sounds as if you have managed to put it behind you and made a head start on tomorrows fast , so very well done to you! :star:

I work in a factory where immigrant workers are dominant.

Some of them are lovely but you do see the best and worst of human nature.

Just got fed up with my griping tummy.
