I'm in again for 500 to 1000 cals. I'll see where the day takes me. Tired, train delayed, feeling slothful, hopefully it'll roll by quickly. Good luck to anyone joining me

I'm in CM, to join you and inspire you, teehee :) I was quite naughty today but not very. I had duck with hoi sin sauce wrap, side salad and coleslaw. That sounds great doesn't it until you find out that we had a bowl of chips between us and I think my friend had about three of them. The bowl went back empty, guess who! I then had a chocolate brownie with mint ice cream, shock horror!!!! I didn't quite eat it all though so I guess the gargantuan appetite may be waning a little. Mind you, I did have a choc chip flapjack with my morning coffee. Never mind, fast day Tuesday to appease my conscience. Good luck to everyone joining us.
By the way, first weigh-in this morning and I had lost about 7lbs. Just weighed myself again and 2 of those pounds have re-appeared :( Not to worry, onwards and downwards.

Well 5pm and I have done brilliantly to this point, soup 70 cals, mini protein 100 cals, grilled cauliflower with olive oil spray & lemon juice about 150 cals, 80 cals coffees with milk, 400 cals so far. Often feel mind fuzzy and extremely tired if I do under 800 cals, but feel pretty good despite little sleep, I'm happy. Good luck all :clover:

I'm also here Tues, having fasted yesterday and doing my first back-to-back like you @CandiceMarie.
I couldn't space out 3 fasts any other way this week as now that OH is better and back on 5:2, he prefers our lifelong Tues and Fri fasts. I can adapt to support him. Off to the gym for 7am, some teaching at home, and greenhouse sorting and cleaning for the coming summer. Planting seeds is positive! I'll keep sipping water and can choose to be busy.
Well done @anniep with your weight loss, you'll feel fine after today and don't regret the lovely treats of yesterday!
Good luck everyone! :clover:

I'm in too. Did a parkrun on Saturday, fast day Sunday, gym yesterday, 2nd fast of the week today. I seem to have found a weight sticking-point that I can't get below for more than a day or so. Yesterday after my Sunday fast I was just below it in the morning, then ate 1800 calls for the day & ran 2 miles on a treadmill ... And this morning I'm 3/4 pound heavier & back 1/2 pound above it! Trusting the process & carrying on today. Only 368 minutes till my little lunch! Good luck fellow Tuesday fasters.

Monday is my usual fast day, but yesterday morning we were at a VERY posh hotel. We just went for one night (it's only a couple hours from home). We had the breakfast buffet. Which I will not say anything further about on this thread. Suffice it to say, I'm fasting today instead of yesterday!

I'm in today as well! I went to a basketball game last night and was VERY naughty! Nachos and ice cream! No wonder I'm not losing any more weight. I really need to start counting calories on my non-fasting days. Doing well today. Hungry, but not starving. Still no headaches. Way to go, @anniep! That's what happened to me. Down 6 pounds at first weight-in and now been holding steady at 4 for the last couple of weeks. We have to stay motivated in spite of this!
