I started again yesterday eating lowish carbs and am back in for my first fast of the week. I had a Slimfast pot noodle thing that I found in the cupboard for lunch and will be having a prawn salad for dinner.
I've read some of the Blood Sugar Diet thread and am very impressed, so I've downloaded the book and will start reading it later, so thanks in advance to @Hazelnut20 et al.
The Slimfast thing was OK in an emergency, but I've decided to make my own low cal, low carb sauce to go with some of the Konjak noodles that are in the Penny sale at Holland and Barrett.
